Hola a todos y bienvenidos. 

Voy a explicar un poco de que va a tratar y el porqué de este blog. Hello everyone and welcome. Let me explain a little what is this Blog for and its content.

Contenido 

En este blog podréis ver mis trabajos en el hobby de las miniaturas y el modelismo, ya sean tableros de juego o figuras individuales.

No soy ningún experto en este tema, ni creo que nunca vaya a merecer dicha denominación, ya que no le puedo dedicar todo el tiempo que me gustaría. Aún así, puede que lo que aquí cuelgue le resulte útil a alguien y responderé con gusto a las dudas que puedan surgir (si es que se plantea alguna). Por supuesto agradeceré cualquier crítica constructiva, ya que no hay mejor forma de aprender.

Ah, casi se me olvida. No esperéis actualizaciones periódicas, es poco probable que consiga un ritmo constante.

¿Por qué este Blog?

Esto es lo que yo he denominado un blog motivado por la pereza. Me explico. Suelo visitar varios foros relacionados con el mundo de las miniaturas. No suelo postear mucho pero eso es algo que quiero cambiar. Aún así no dispongo de mucho tiempo y no todos los foros tienen la misma manera de subir fotos u organizar lo que escribes lo que hace una autentica molestia el escribir lo mismo en varios lugares distintos. Con este blog pretendo ahorrarme parte del trabajo.

¿Y el nombre?

El nombre de El Pincel Gigante, no muy original, viene de que cuando empezamos en este hobby, hasta el pincel más fino nos parece enorme para pintar pequeños detalles. Poco a poco ese pincel va encogiendo hasta un tamaño razonable, según mejoramos.

Autoría, imágenes y esa clase de cosas 

Personalmente no le doy una gran importancia a estos temas pero voy a intentar hacer las cosas bien. Todo lo que veáis en este blog en cuanto a texto e imágenes estará realizado por mi a no ser que se diga lo contrario.

Cuando utilice imágenes pertenecientes a otras fuentes será principalmente a modo de ejemplo o para mostrar que producto estoy utilizando. Siempre pondré un enlace a la web del propietario de las imágenes si me es posible. De hecho, la imagen de la cabecera del blog es una modificación de esta. Desgraciadamente desconozco al autor original.

En cuanto a la licencia, si vais a la parte de abajo del blog veréis el simbolito de Creative Commons. Podéis utilizar este blog para fines comerciales o no, con modificaciones o sin ellas, siempre y cuando lo citéis como fuente y también compartáis lo que hagáis con, como mínimo, las mismas condiciones. Es lo que me parece más justo.

Y con esto acabo con lo que quería contar de inicio.

First of all for English readers, English is not my first language and I am not as fluent speaking and writing it as I wished. I am however trying to improve, so if you find any mistake, please let me know.

In this blog you will see my work in the hobby of miniatures and models, from game boards to individual figures.

I'm not an expert on this topic, and I will never think myself deserving of that name since I cannot dedicate enough time to the matter. Still,  someone may comment or ask any questions here and I will gladly answer to any that may arise. I would appreciate constructive criticism, since there is no better way to learn.

Please do not expect this blog to be posted regularly- it is unlikely for me to work on this periodically.

¿Why this Blog?

This is, being honest, a blog motivated by lazyness. Let me explain: I usually visit many forums about miniatures. I do not post very often, and it is one of my targets to achieve, but I do not have much time for it and not all the forums have the same posting system, so it bothers me to post the same comment in all differents places. With this blog I try to get through all taht work.

What about the name?

The blog's name El Pincel Gigante -The Giant Art Brush in English-, not very original, It was inspired by the way we start in this hobby, when the smallest brush is enormuos for us to paint small details. As we get experience the brush gets smaller meanwhile we get better.

Authorship, images and that kind of stuff

I am not very interested about these topics but I will try to handle it right. Everything available in this blog, text an imagines, had been made be me. If not the case, it will be specified.

If I use images from others sources it will as an example or to show the product I am using. I will always show you the website of the owner of the picture if possible. In fact, the photograph at the top of the blog is a modifification of this one. Unfortunately, I don't know the original autor.

As to the license, at the bottom of this blog you will see the symbol of Creative Commons. You can use this blog for commercial use or not, with or without changes, but only if mentioning this blog as the source and you sharing your work at least in the same conditions. It's what seem fairest to me.

And that was the last thing I wanted to tell to start with.
